Aaaaand, my legs are still hurting from the day before yesterday. The second you hit your early thirties, you suddenly get introduced to the two-day-hangover, or take two days to recover after an intense work out – I don’t know who decided this, but I object!
I think weighing myself everyday is an incredibly bad idea, because weight fluctuates daily so often. Also, I have read some horror stories about people who fixate on their weight and begin to get obsessive. I really do not want that. Anyhow, weight is secondary to my goal of overall health. Still, I think it’s important to know that I’m heading in the right direction, so once a week on Monday mornings, I am going to weigh myself and record it, and try not to make too big a deal about it.
